I’m a Cape Town based artist creating slow art in small batches, with my focus being, 'process over product’. My work is rooted in the curiosity of mediums and a love for creative play.

Being raised in Cape Town, between the mountains and sea it's where I feel most at home. Studying Interior Design at CPUT exposed me to the world of design and led me to London where I studied further getting my degree in Set Design and Technical Theatre at RADA. Over the years I have worked in a wide range of creative jobs from painting a ceiling mural in Germany, working in the film industry as a set designer, to one of my favorite projects working with Ukwanda as a Technical Designer for the life size puppets of The Herds 'vast act of theatre'.
I'm so happy to have found my way back to the playful world of art that allows me to keep exploring our natural surroundings and the people that inhabit it.
In my studio each piece is made with care and intention, often exploring new materials I’ve discovered, techniques I’m keen to experiment with and ideas that have inspired me late at night. I hope to create for the sake of it, allowing the art to unfold naturally rather than rushing toward an end result. It’s a quiet and considered practice that celebrates being a jack of all trades instead of just a master of one.
As my work evolves with different seasons bringing in new inspiration, I hope this platform grows into a home for the various exploration that will all carry a common thread of my style and lens through which I see the world around me.
